All of our services are open to both men and women, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, beliefs, race or age. We now offer counselling for children from 5 years old.
It's understandable to feel overwhelmed, especially if this is the first time you have reached out for help. We offer a range of services, and we recognise how confusing it can be to figure out which service offers what kind of support. To make things as straightforward as possible, we have provided a handful of statements that apply to a variety of situations. Please click on the ones that seem applicable to you to find out what services are available to help.
If you’d like to speak to someone, you can call one of our support lines. This service is available to people of all ages.

If you don’t feel ready for counselling yet, but want to speak to someone face to face, a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention might be better suited to you.
Whichever option you choose, you do not have to talk about anything that you do not want to.
If you don’t feel ready to speak to anyone face to face, you can always call our Support & Crisis lines.
If you don’t feel ready for counselling yet, you might prefer to have a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. This service is for anyone aged 16 years old and older who has recently experienced sexual violence or coercion.
Alternatively, you can call our helplines and speak to someone over the phone.
You do not have to talk about anything that you do not want to when accessing any of our services. Anything you do say is confidential.
If you don’t want to tell anyone your name or any details that identify you, you can call our Support and Crisis lines.
Everything you say will be confidential.
If you access our other services, we will ask you for your name and safe contact details so that we can make arrangements to see you. We will not share these with anyone else.
If you have questions about reporting to the police or the criminal justice system, the best people to speak to is one of our independent sexual violence advisors.
If you have already made the decision not to report to the police, you can still access services such as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, counselling or our Support and Crisis lines.
No one here will make you report, or report on your behalf. Everything you say is confidential.
If you’re 11 – 17 years old, you can access all of our services.
You could make a referral for counselling or if you don’t feel ready to start counselling,
you might prefer to have a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
If you have questions after reporting to the police about the police or court, you can speak to our ISVAs
If you don’t feel ready to speak to anyone face to face, you can always call our Support and Crisis lines.
If you are under 18 years old and make a disclosure of sexual violence or coercion, we may have to tell a relevant safeguarding professional. We would only be able to do this if you had already told us details about yourself which meant that we were able to identify you.
If you’re 10 years old or younger and want to speak to someone, you can call us on our phone lines.
You don’t have to tell us your name or say anything you do not want to.
If you have questions after reporting to the police about the police or court, you can speak to our children’s ISVA.
If you would like to make a referral for counselling, please go to an adult you know and trust for them to help you come see us.
If you are under 18 years old and make a disclosure of sexual violence or coercion, we may have to tell a relevant safeguarding professional. We would only be able to do this if you had already told us details about yourself which meant that we were able to identify you.
As a friend, relative or partner, it’s important to look after yourself too and get some extra support if you would like to.
You can call us on our support line or you could make a referral for counselling. We would initially offer you 6 sessions.
